Knowledge Transfer:
These are a few of the books I use to assist in my Freedive training (I’m sure you’re familiar with many). It’s good to have a training plan in place; especially for those times when we can’t make it out the ocean. This material will aid in building out a workout/breath plan which will make your dives easier. Each book will be reviewed in due time and my hope is that these books will be of value to you.
